At Sakhi Fashion Store, we take great care in delivering quality artificial jewellery to you. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Return/Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.
2. Damage/Defective Product Policy
If you receive a product that is:

Physically damaged

Broken
-
Wrong item sent

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Photos of the damaged product

Order ID and your contact details

Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item, or

A store credit or refund, in case the item is out of stock.
3. Conditions for Acceptance

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid unboxing video.

Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damage caused due to mishandling or customer negligence is not eligible for return or refund.
4. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or UPI.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind or dislike of product

Size/color preference

Delay in delivery due to courier or natural causes

6. Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed, cancellation is not allowed at all
