1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Customized or bulk orders may take 1–2 additional days for processing.

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier issues. We will keep you updated in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a shipping charge will apply on checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is not available.

  • Once the order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 days of placing the order, contact us at:

6. Delivery Issues

  • If the package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • In case of delays or lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner and try to resolve it at the earliest.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your delivery address before confirming the order.

  • Sakhi Fashion Store is not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

9. Packaging

  • All items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Please record a video while unboxing, as it's required for any damage or missing item claims.
